These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and website. By booking a class, course, or event, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We offer private and group vocal coaching, online courses, digital materials, workshops, and events (collectively “services”).

Services may be offered in person or online via video-conferencing platforms.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are managed through our website using the Amelia booking system. Clients may also contact us directly to arrange a booking, which will then be added to the system by me.
Payment is generally required in advance to confirm your booking, unless otherwise agreed (for example, onsite payment options).
You may purchase single sessions, packages, or subscriptions as available on the site.
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
To reschedule, please use the Amelia booking system or contact us directly before the 48-hour deadline.

5. Refund Policy

If a class, package, or subscription session is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, a refund or credit can be issued.
If a refund is issued, any transaction fees charged by the payment processor (e.g. Stripe) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
If a class is cancelled by the coach (Amanda Rexhausen), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Lateness Policy

For individual/private classes, you may join up to 20 minutes late; the class will continue until the scheduled end time.
For group classes or workshops, you may join up to 5 minutes late; after that, participation may not be possible, and the class will be marked as a no-show.
Arriving after the allowed time counts as a missed session and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

7. Intellectual Property and Recordings

All materials, recordings, and exercises provided during lessons, courses, or workshops are the intellectual property of Amanda Rexhausen.
You may not share, reproduce, or distribute these materials without written permission.
Students may request permission to record sessions for personal use only.

8. Subscriptions and Packages

Packages and subscriptions are valid for the period stated at purchase (e.g. 3 months).
Unused sessions after this period expire and are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Workshops and Events

Event and workshop bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the event for a full refund (minus any applicable transaction fees).
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

10. Personal Data and Privacy

Your privacy is very important.

All personal data is processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection laws.

11. Liability

All coaching and training are provided in good faith. Results depend on your individual effort and practice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
